So sorry to hear of his death. He was a wonderful, caring and funny guy. I was a young multiwall bag salesman for St Regis Paper in the early 80s. Steve always purchased from us. My favorite memory of is from when I first started calling on him. After about the third call ( I usually stopped in monthly), Steve said, Ya know Tim, every month, I see you pull up, straighten your tie and put on your suit jacket. Why dont you just relax and wear jeans when you call on me. What a great guy..

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. I first met Steve when he signed me up as a Renk Seed dealer shortly before he retired so I didn't get to know him well, but I was impressed with his personality and obvious concern for his dealers. After he retired I didn't see him again until Jeff and Valerie's wedding reception where he remembered me and greeted me by name. What an amazing man. I know he will be remembered fondly by friends and family.
