He is survived by his Daughter: Sabrina Winland, Granddaughter: Hannah Winland, 2 Brothers: Roger Rhodes, Mike (Barb) Rhodes. Girlfriend Lorraine and kids.
He is proceeded in death by his loving Wife: Tamara Rhodes, Parents: Woodrow & Irene Rhodes, Siblings: Walter Rhodes, Margaret Brown.
Steven was a Cousin, Uncle, Great Great Great Uncle and Friend.
He will be truly missed by all that knew him.
