Steven Winnegan

Steven Winnegan was born on October 15, 1947, to the late Viola Winnegan and Henry Moore. Steven was a native of Smithfield, VA. He was a devoted worker of Norfolk Public Schools from where he later retired. Steven was a family man who didn't mind speaking what came to his mind and would later laugh about what he said to you.

Steven was preceded in death by his mother Viola Winnegan and maternal grandparents Calvin and

Blanch Winnegan; his father Henry Moore and paternal grandparents Walter and Martha Moore. Also, one brother Irvin Winnegan; and one grandson Rayquan Summer.

Steven is survived by his two children Melanie (Roland) Copeland and Steven (Tabitha) Conwell; nine grandchildren: Trenton, Troy, Trenita Conwell, Jalen, Jasaan, Amari James, Jasmine and

Glenn Sumner and one great grandchild Kashmir Sumner.
