Sue Adams Esser

Sue Adams Esser 70 of Chattanooga, TN formerly of Ironton, OH passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at her residence. The Ironton, OH native was born June 19, 1942 the daughter of the late Emerson Adams and Eileen Christian Adams of Ironton, OH. She is survived by her husband Richard "Rick" Esser of Chattanooga, TN. Mrs. Esser was a graduate of Dawson-Bryant High School and King's Daughters School of Nursing. She was a retired registered nurse for Memorial Park Hospital in Tennessee. She formerly worked for King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY and Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, KY. She was also a member of Community Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by: a sister: Judy Adams Waugh In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by: a sister: Leah Adams of Ironton a nephew and spouse: Jeff and Rose Palmer of Ironton a niece: Michelle Bowman of Ironton two great nieces: Courtney and Paige Palmer both of Ironton a great nephew: Robert Easterling of Ironton Graveside services will be 1:30PM Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Community Cemetery with Pastor David Lambert officiating. Visitation will be Saturday from 12-1PM at Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, 518 South Sixth Street, Ironton, OH.
