Sue "Su Su" (Roberts) Haney

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sue Roberts Haney, affectionately known as "Su-Su," on December 9, 2024. Sue was preceded in death by her son, Slade Maddox; her sister, Kay Carter; and brother-in-law Billy Carter. She is survived by her son: J. Scott Maddox; 3 grandchildren: Amanda Kelly and husband Josh, Josh Maddox, and Madison Maddox; 5 great-grandchildren, Addilyn, Josiah, Elias, Aubrielle and Aravis Kelly; brother, Bill Roberts and wife Caroline; Nieces and Nephews: Steve Roberts, Kim Carter-Smith, Kelly Cross, Kris Price, Angie DeArmon, and Kip Carter and their families.

A proud graduate of O'Keefe High School in Atlanta, Sue attended Massey Business College before a 35-year career as the office administrator for Dr. Robert H. Brown. She will be deeply missed, but our memories of her will continue to bring love & laughter to all of her family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 25, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Mansell House, 1835 Old Milton Pkwy, Alpharetta, GA with a reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org. Haney, Roberts, Sharon Sue "SU-SU"
