Susan Lee Arndt, 47 of Wenona and formerly of Streator passed away Wednesday evening at OSF St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.
A visitation will be held Tuesday (Nov. 11th) from 10 – 12noon at the Winterrowd Funeral Home, Streator. Services will be held at 12noon at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Stephen's Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be sons, Zackary and Blayze Arndt, brothers, Jason and Joshua Moore, brothers-in-law, Steven and Joseph Peek.
Susan was born on September 2, 1978, in Streator to Jerry and Kathleen (Demko) Moore. She married David Arndt on May 9, 1997. He survives.
Also surviving children are, Danielle Arndt of Streator, Zackary (Hanna) Arndt of St. Joseph, MN, Blayze (Faughn) Arndt of Secor, Jessa and Jasmyne Arndt of Flanagan, grandchildren, Blake, Xander and Ignazio and a grandson on the way. Also surviving is her mother Kathleen Moore of Streator, brothers Jason (Maria) Moore of Ottawa, Joshua (Isabelle) Moore of Streator, sisters, Sarah (Philip) Page of St. John, FL, Sheri (Ben) Kowalski of Wilmington and Jennifer Horton of Streator, mother-in-law Joan Peek of Wenona.
She is preceded in death by her father, paternal grandparents Will Moore and Betty Robertson, maternal grandparents Louis and Judy Demko and father-in-law Daniel Peek.
Susan attended Streator Grade Schools and graduated from Streator High School in January 1997.
Memorials may be made to the Neurological Research Foundation.
