Susan Barrows Obituary
Susan had a passion for dogs and had many of her own that she loved dearly. She cared deeply about animal welfare. In her earlier years, she studied jewelry making at KU. She traveled to many places around the world and saw many fascinating destinations. Some of her favorite things were being with her friends and music. She loved the Beatles, The Who, Elvis Costello, Alice Cooper and new alternative rock bands, among many others. Susan loved going to see live music acts and went to many concerts. Most importantly, she was a loving and generous person who will be greatly missed by so many.
Due to Covid, graveside services will be held at 1:30 pm Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Kehilath Israel Blue Ridge Cemetery, 1901 Blue Ridge Blvd, Independence Mo. 64502 for those wishing to join by zoom please email [email protected] for link and passcode.

Susan, I will miss you every day. You were my best friend for 46 years. We made each other laugh so hard. We were separated by distance, but only a phone call away. We talked nearly every day and I will miss your voice. I love you.
