We will miss our dear friend Susan. Her passion for Brevard County and Palm Bay. She is an example for us all.

Susan was a beautiful woman inside and out. She was a great advocate for the city of Palm Bay and its beautification because of her love for nature, especially trees. I will miss her encouraging words, hugs and friendship and especially her sitting beside me at the city council meetings. Love you, Pat

My sincere condolences to your family, Susan. I absolutely adored you. You drew me in with your quiet strength and genuine concern for the future of our world. Your tenacity in ensuring the voices of many are heard follows you. You were so kind and loving. You were my friend, and you made me believe in myself more than I knew I could. You will not be forgotten. I love the conversations about life that we shared. I am so honored to call you my friend. You showed me that you don't have to be the daughter of thunder to roll out change. I understand now, your grace and constant momentum to advocate for the community was your true nature. You were a friend to all and a family to those who loved you. I respect you so very much. You are the oak, standing tall and strong. You are steady and withstand any storm. I know you are held in the arms of Jesus and the pure hearted will see the face of God. My pure hearted friend, rest easy. I love you, Julie.
