Susan Bortis Deck

Many memories of my cousin, Susan, revolve around the times we spent at our grandparents´ home in Raymond, NH, during summer vacations in our high school years. What fun times we had going to street dances, on the road next to the town common! We girls would dance together to music by local bands. Music was great in the 1960´s! Hampton Beach Casino was a close drive from Raymond and we saw several famous rock bands in that big old building. I was always envious that in 1964, Susan saw the Beatles in person! I only knew Susan briefly when we were in rehab at Langdon Place together, but she made a lasting impression on me. She was obviously a lovely and kind lady who loved her family immensley. My thoughts and prayers to Jeffrey and her family.
