A Life Well Lived and Fondly Remembered

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Susan D. Frazier, who departed this world peacefully on September 29, 2025, after an extended illness.

Born on February 10, 1958, Susan spent a lifetime nurturing her family, building cherished friendships, and touching on the lives of all who knew her. Her strength and resilience through her illness were an inspiration to those around her, demonstrating unwavering courage and grace.

She is survived by her husband, daughter, two step sons, five grandchildren and two brothers. The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses, and care givers who provided compassionate care during her illness.
