GREENVILLE -- Susan Lynn (Myers) Hartrum, age 61, of Greenville, passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025, surrounded by family at her home.
She was born on December 11, 1963, in Greenville, to the late John and Constance (Arnett) Myers.
In addition to her parents, Susan is preceded in death by her son, Brent Corn; and her brother, John Myers Jr.
Susan will be deeply missed by her husband of nearly 36 years, Mark Hartrum, whom she married on September 22, 1989; her children, Kristin Jurgens of Bath Township, Ohio, and Kaylee (Jeff) Johnson of Greenville; her brother, Robert (Melinda) Myers of Evansville, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Emmalyn Jurgens and Kaylin Johnson.
Susan was a 1982 graduate of Greenville High School. She worked in the factory at Corning and at Midmark. She was an active member of her church.
Susan loved being a grandmother and spending time with her family and friends. She was always happy to laugh and make others laugh; she loved telling jokes and having fun. While Susan loved keeping active and going for walks, she also enjoyed taking time to watch horror movies and to crochet.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to EverHeart Hospice.
A celebration of Susan's life will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, September 15, 2025 at Tribute Funeral Homes, Greenville Campus. Burial will follow at Greenville Township Memorial Gardens.
Family and friends may pay their respects from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, September 14, 2025 at the funeral home.
