Susan Homes Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
She was born on December 28, 1947 in Goshen to Howard and Audrey (Prough) Wisler.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 41 years, Paul C. Homes, and her daughter, Amy Homes.
Surviving is a sister, Linda Miller, Syracuse, nephew, Michael (Cindy) Miller, Goshen, and niece, Sheila (Donald) Claassen, Syracuse.
Mrs. Homes worked at Homecrest manufacturing in the shipping department. She retired in 2010 after 41 years of faithful service.
Susan enjoyed going to garage sales and looking for antiquities. She also enjoyed her cats and being outside in her garden.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Thursday, October 16 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. funeral service all at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.
Burial will follow at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.
Memorial gifts may be directed to Cancer Resources for Elkhart County; https://elkhartcancer.org/ or Community Church of Waterford; https://www.ccwgoshen.org/ where she regularly attended.
