Susan Juliette Ibarra

Susan Ibarra was born on January 4th, 1968, to Manuel Egozcue and Zaida Segarra in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Sister to Helen Dicken and many others, the family relocated to Miami, Florida where their new life began.
While in Miami, she made many friends, shared many laughs, and took on each day with an upbeat attitude filled with passion for whatever was to come. At 13, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and savior, and since that day, she had no hesitation in telling those around her about the good news. From dancing with her cousin Mary, to singing songs in the kitchen with momma Zaida, she was always the life of the party. She met her first husband Bryan in 1986, where shortly after they married and welcomed a son Kenny in 1996.
Susan's hard work ethic translated over many fields and industries. From American Airlines and TSA, to customer service and multiples sales roles, she always took on a task with a big smile on her face. Many years after her first marriage, while working at TSA she met her second husband Jose. Shortly after, they welcomed a second son Benjamin in 2005. Throughout the years she remained focused on her faith, family, and friends always putting others first.
She is preceded by the death of her mother, Zaida Segarra. She is survived by her husband Jose Ibarra and her two sons Kenny Kroneberger and Benjamin Ibarra. Father Manuel Egozcue, Sister Helen Dicken (David), nephew Sam Dicken, niece Crystal McLean (Mike), Aunt Ivonne Perez and many cousins. She will be greatly missed.
