Susan McNeff (Noeson), 65, of Rockford, IL, formerly of Arcade, NY, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Sue enjoyed sewing, making quilts and other crafts. She was an avid Bills fan living in Bears country. Sue was never one to take any flak, but enjoyed giving it to everyone around her.
Sue leaves behind her cherished children, Jennifer (Jason) Geise, Melissa (Jon) Brotka, and Joshua (Megan) Hagner and her stepchildren, Jenn Bailey, Bill (Sarah) McNeff; Grandchildren William, Kirsten, Christopher, Jenna, Lilly, Archer, Zoey, Maddox, Jameson, Ella, Kat, Liam, Alex, and Avery. Sue is also survived by six brothers and a sister, who will forever hold her memory close. She was preceded in death by her parents Francis and Beatrice Noeson and husband, William McNeff.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sue’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
