Susan Ohms Obituary

Susan was born August 16, 1942, the daughter of Stanley J. and Janet (Quade) Sutter. She married John Ohms on November 28, 1963 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
Susan graduated from Dubuque Senior High School, and went on to graduate from Dubuque Beauty Academy. Susan was a beautician at Roshek's Department Store, and then owned and operated The Shearing Station. She was also an optical assistant at Klauer Optical.
Susan was a member of Lord of Life Lutheran Church. She enjoyed travelling and gardening.
Susan is survived by her husband, John Ohms, of Asbury; her daughter, Kimberly (Joe Novelli) Ohms, of Chicago, IL; her son Marc Ohms, of Custer, SD; her sister, Lyn Ann (Bruce) Johnston, of Urbandale, IA; and her cousin, Pat (John) Sunseri, of Dubuque.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Dubuque.
