Susan Pemberton Obituary
A celebration of life is being held in Eden Prairie on July 12. Susan's arrangements in the cities were handled by the Cremation Society of Minnesota. On July 14, there will be a committal service for Susan at Greenwood Cemetery in Hallock, MN, at 11:00 a.m. This will be a joint committal service for Susan and her sister, Jane. They will be laid to rest next to their parents. After the graveside, a lunch will be served in the basement of the Hallock city hall courtesy of the First Presbyterian Church.
Susan had a generous spirit and supported organizations close to her heart, including Planned Parenthood, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the ACLU of Minnesota. In lieu of flowers, please direct any memorial contributions to the organizations she supported or the charity of your choice.

Sincere condolences to the family. I pray comfort for you all and want you to know that precious memories of her kind generosity and works will be long remembered.
Susan and I were were classmates all through our growing up years. We participated in school band, youth and church group activities, spent time at several of our 5 year class reunions, of which Susan was in the the planning. Her Grandmother, Mrs Lang was our Sunday School teacher.
When you grow up in Hallock the memories long remain. Always a fond comaraderie in knowing our small town lifestyle. The fall festival, football bonfires, band and chorus trips, competitions and concerts, church events, the fair etc.
Susan lives a good life and now my wish is that she will find peace in her Heavenly Home. God Bless
