Susan Lynn Verges

Verges, Susan Lynn (nee Clinger), of Bonne Terre, Missouri, was born February 11, 1947 in Desloge, Missouri to Clyde and Betty (nee Hart) Clinger and entered into rest Saturday, May 20, 2023 in Bonne Terre, Missouri at the age of 76 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved spouse; James Verges.
She is survived by her two (2) children; Andrea (Robert) Leonard and Amanda Verges and two (2) grandchildren; Marley and Mia, along with numerous extended family and friends.
Susan, a woman with a lovable personality and a big heart. She was a devoted wife, dedicated mother, and doting grandmother.
Susan enjoyed spending time with her family and loved being surrounded by the little ones. She loved her husband, James and cherished their beautiful life together. She has missed him greatly, and now they are together again.
Susan loved thrift shopping. She was a "foodie" and frequented the Longhorn Steakhouse and Cracker Barrel – their Chicken and Dumplings.
Susan had a passion for music. She enjoyed listening to music, and with her sense of humor, she would often make-up songs and change the lyrics.
Susan was a very giving person and loved to take care of people. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6776 Vo Tech Road, Bonne Terre, Missouri 63628. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Chapel Hill Mortuary at 2:00 p.m. followed by Entombment at St. Francios Memorial Park, Bonne Terre, Missouri.
