Susan Wegscheid Obituary
Wegscheid (Hanson), Susan K., age 75, passed away on April 27, 2025. Preceded in death by husband Michael; parents Curtis (Carolyn) and Pat Schweiger; brother Gregory.
Survived by siblings Wendy, Perry (Rita), Kim and Gay; step siblings Barbara Haake and Bill Schweiger; nieces and nephew Kristin (Rob), Michele (Josh) and Brian; great nieces and nephew Lorelai, Cecelia, Emmett and Noelle.
Sue was raised in Richfield and graduated from Richfield High School. Sue moved to Wadena in the late 1980s when she married Michael.
In February 2024 she moved to Edina to be closer to family. Sue passed peacefully in her sleep after a brief illness.
She was very adventurous and loved fishing and swimming. Sue was a skillful colorer and would spend hours working on each piece. Sue had a great sense of humor and the sweetest soul. Our Susie will be greatly missed.
A private memorial will be held for family only.

So sorry for your loss I met Susan so many years ago up here in wadena my kids loved her she always got me and them to laugh,also when I seen her and her husband she had candy for them. I met her and husband Mike in 2011 from an old neighbor. But yes she will be truly missed. Sending my condolences to all you
