Susan Linda Wise

Susan (Susie) Linda Wise, born on June 10, 1948, passed away on January 10, 2026. She worked at Medex Medical Supply, making a meaningful contribution to her community. Susan graduated from Steubenville Central Catholic High School and furthered her education at Ohio State School of Cosmetology.

Known for her lively spirit, Susan loved her grandkids and cherished family gatherings. She enjoyed traveling with her family and friends. A dedicated fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, she brought joy and enthusiasm to those around her.

Susan is survived by her beloved husband, Eugene Wise; her children, Theresa Horst and John Wise; her son-in-law, James Horst; her daughter-in-law, Ivy Simpson Wise; her mother, Virginia Ferrell; her brother, William Ferrell Jr.; her sister-in-law, Kathy Ferrell; her granddaughters, Kaitlyn (Josh) Townley and Kelsey (Kyle) Bernthold; and her great-grandchildren, Oliver and Louie Townley, and Reagan, Paisley, and Kash Bernthold.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Ferrell Sr., and her grandson, Jacob William Feil.

Visitation will be held on January 16, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM, both at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest, located at 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123.
