Suzanne Lynne Anderson

Suzanne was a friend, colleague and suite mate of mine for many years. When I first started my private psychotherapy practice in Rockville Centre, I rented an office from Suzanne and continued to rent from her for many years later. Suzanne was always generous with her time and provided great advice and guidance to me on starting my own practice. She was a total pro when it came to running her business. We would frequently chat during therapy sessions or after a long day in the office about family, work and life.
Suzanne was a devoted and loving mother who took great pride in her sons and grandchildren. She was an extremely successful and accomplished psychoanalyst who was incredibly well educated and able to help patients navigate life in a more fulfilling way. Her upbeat, genuine and outgoing personality helped her to connect with family, friends and patients. I admired Suzanne for her boundless energy, courage, compassion and sense of humor. It is with great sorrow that I offer my condolences to her beautiful family and many friends who loved her so deeply.

You are all in our thoughts! I´m so sorry for your loss. Just a memory, Suzanne had Kendrick and I walk Dutchess for her while she was skiing! There was a lot of snow piled outside the 49er house in Chittenden, Vt so Dutchess climbed the big pile of snow for a beautiful photo. She was a great person, kind and always smiling. She will be missed!
