Suzanne Canney

Suzanne (Fisher) Canney passed away January 3, 2024 at the age of 76 at Marlborough Hospital. She was surrounded by her loved ones. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Anne (White) Fisher.
Beloved wife of the late Jack Canney. Loving mother to 12 children, nine of whom she shared with her first husband, the late Frank Nicolazzo: Christopher Nicolazzo and his wife Amy, Francesco Nicolazzo, Jamison Nicolazzo and his partner Liz, Maria Villella and her husband Vince, Teresa Medeiros and her husband Michael, Harry Nicolazzo, Antonio Nicolazzo and his wife Ashley, Lori Nicolazzo, Kadin Nicolazzo, Jonathan Sundberg, Anthony Nicolazzo and the late Michaelangelo Nicolazzo. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Suzanne was raised in Watertown, Massachusetts and had a passion for dance and music. She held a strong Christian faith and spent many years teaching Sunday School and various youth groups. Later in life, she became an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching football games with her family.
She spent her entire life caring for her loved ones and devoting herself to raising her children, including three of her grandchildren in her later years. Suzanne will always be remembered for her selflessness, loyalty and unconditional love.
A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Jan.10th to be followed by a celebration of life to take place later in the Spring.
