Suzanne (Martel) Carr 83 of Marlborough passed away peacefully on Friday, December 5, 2025 in the Reservoir Center for Health & Rehabilitation surrounded by her loving grandsons.

Sue was born and raised in Marlborough, MA, the daughter of the late Wilfred and Anita (Lesage) Martel. She also spent many years in FL.

She was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, James E. Carr Jr in 2015. Sue was a devoted Homemaker and a passionate seamstress.

Sue is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Dolbec of Oxford and Donna Carr-Murico of FL, 10 grandchildren 8 great grandchildren as well as many extended family members and friends.

She was also predeceased by her daughter Paula Schmitt in 1992 and a grandson TJ Perry.

Sue enjoyed traveling, going to live concerts, cooking, going to the casino, most of all She loved spending time with her family. She was a devoted catholic who gave her time working alongside many to help heal and love, spending many years with Little Audrey.

A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 in the Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect St., Marlborough, MA. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org
