CASTELEIN – Suzanne, 52, of Clifton, passed away on January 1, 2016. Born in Passaic, Suzanne was a lifelong Clifton resident. She had volunteered her time at Precious Petals Too in Fairfield and the Passaic County Spay/Neuter Coalition in Clifton. Previously, Suzanne had been employed with the Clifton Animal Shelter for 20 years. Survivors include: her parent, Roy and Barbara (nee Michalko) Castelein of Clifton; her sisters, Nancy Royer and her husband Steven of Cedar Grove, Kathleen Castelein and her partner David Lauten of Bandon, Oregon and Barbara Castelein and her partner Jack Coyne of Clifton; her nephew James Royer; her niece, Alana Royer; and her special friend, Drew Benfante of Clifton. Visiting hours will be held Friday from 4 to 8 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Private cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Passaic County Spay/Neuter Coalition, 1360 Clifton Ave., Clifton, NJ 07013.
