Suzanne Clinton, 57, of Newton, died Wednesday, June 9, 2010, at home. Born in Neptune, Suzanne was a long time resident of Sussex County. She had been a nurses aide at the Sussex County Homestead in Frankford Township and Newton Memorial Hospital for many years. Most recently, Suzanne worked as a private duty caregiver. She was a kind and compassionate person who took wonderful care of her patients. The daughter of the late William Clinton, Suzanne is survived by her mother, Elizabeth M. Clinton, of Andover Borough; her sister, Judy Fletcher of Fredon Township; her sister, Mary Rodriguez of Arizona; her brother, Bill Clinton of Massachusetts; her sister, Elizabeth Harnish of Hampton Township; and her sister,. Jackie Powers of Fredon Township. Funeral services will begin at 8:45 a.m. on Friday at the Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High Street, Newton, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Good Shepherd R.C. Church, Route 517, Andover Borough. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery, Airport Road, Green Township. Visitation will be held Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Clinton family. I know Susie will be missed by everyone who knew her. May she rest in Peace and have Gods Love around her.

Sue was always a joy to visit with. Sue and I have fond memories of her and visiting with the Clinton clan. We are very sorry for your loss and our prayers and thoughts go out to you. May she rest in peace. Love to all.
