Suzanne Runabout Duncan was born on August 19, 1962, and would depart from this life at 62 years old in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to enter in to her heavenly home on April 11, 2024, after a long battle of declining health issues that she fought with strength until the very end.

Suzanne was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to Mose Boland and Charlotte Runabout. She took great pride in being the granddaughter of White Runabout and Nancy Hopper. When her health permitted, she loved to hunt crawdads, fish, and cook a meal right there on the bank of the creek.

Suzanne was known for making a mean pot of chicken and dumplings and we can't forget about those biscuits and fry bread she made with love. She enjoyed singing, camping, and cooking for her family that she loved wholeheartedly.

"Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies" - Prov. 31:10

Suzanne's life may not have been what her or her family desired, but God provided for her eternal life and filled with much joy. She believed in salvation and accepted Christ as her savior and was a member of Sequoyah Baptist Church.

On May 1, 1990, Suzanne married Walter Duncan Jr. in Bell, Oklahoma, and unto this marriage were born six children.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, two sons Mark Lee and Steven Lee Duncan, two infant grandbabies Brianna and Jaedan Burris, one brother Billie Runabout.

Those left behind to cherish Suzanne's memories is her daughter Christina Duncan, three sons Clint Duncan and wife Jackie, Walter Duncan III and companion Cheyenne Finley, and John Duncan & companion Deavan Davis, all of Stilwell, Oklahoma; twelve grandchildren Jada and Zach Burris; Zoey and Evie Springwater; Gavin Duncan; LeAndra Blackbird; Avery, Chloe, Ridley Duncan; Baxten Baker; Rhetlin and Alivia Duncan; one great-grandson Kaiyzen Vaughn; one brother Richard Thomas; one sister Nancy Gregory; several nieces, nephews, and family also survived her.

Suzanne will forever be remembered for kindness, laughter, and her beautiful smile. She'll be missed deeply by all who knew her and loved her.

"For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry" - Hebrews 10:37
