Age 97, on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Husband of the late Anna Mae (Huber) Kramer. Father of Sylvester A., David G., Barbara Ann Pochatko, James A., Robert G., and Timothy W. Kramer. Brother of Teresa M. Stevenson, Mildred Corrigan, and the late Gerard Kramer. Also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren, with 2 more on the way. Visitations Monday 2-8 PM at the Boron Funeral Home, Inc., 1719 Brownsville Road. Funeral Prayers on Tuesday at 9:15 AM. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Paul of the Cross Monastery at 10:00 AM. Jake was a proud World War II Navy Veteran. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to St. Paul of the Cross Monastery or St. Joseph House of Hospitality.

Jake was a huge influence in Butch's life when he lost his dad at the young age of 16, and we will both always be grateful for Jake's part in raising him to be the man he is.
Although we hate to see him go, we know he is happy now, reunited with his beloved Anna Mae. God bless you Uncle Jake.

Fond memories of Jake when he played in the band with my brother Charlie. Been trying to touch base with Teresa and Milly long before Jake's passing. If either of you are on the Internet my address is "[email protected]" or phone is 412-531-2454. Sorry I will not be able to pay my respects in person as I am no longer driving and am pretty much homebound due to an auto accident. Fond memories of all of my Mongel Town friends. Pearl
