Sylvia Berchtold Obituary
Sylvia was a 1960 graduate of East High School. Her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were everything to her.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, 1st Lt. Donald Halupczynski, Gus Halupczynski, Jr. and great grandson, Travis Porter.
Sylvia is survived by two daughters, Deborah Pritt, of South Carolina and Sandra Ann Porter (Tracy, Sr.) of Shackleford, Va.; six grandchildren, Aaron (Andrelle) Tracy, Jr. (Lindsey), Lauren (Raymond), Victoria (Daniel), Annabelle (Justin), and Lawrence (Jordyn); 10 great grandchildren, Gracie, Tracy III, Thomas, Eli, Tristan, Emelia, Jace, Tommy, and Rocco (on the way); and her faithful cousin and closest friend, Judy Rainsberger (Lee).
As per Sylvia's wishes, service will be private. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery with her family. Brugger Funeral Homes, Pine Avenue Branch, 845 E. 38th Street is assisting with arrangements.
