Joey O'Loughlin

In Loving Memory of Aunt Maureen, from all of the O´Loughlin Clan.

Aunt Maureen was always such a joy to be around. Her wit and jest were always followed by laughter and the warmth that was at her core.

When I, Joey, was 13, I rode with Aunt Maureen and Uncle Paul from Moberly to Chicago. Somewhere near their home, we stopped for dinner and ordered the biggest burrito I had ever seen! Later, we hung out in their kitchen, eating and talking-it felt like home.

Their house was always such a cool place to me. I´ll never forget the false wall and the arcade game in the basement, or how that same basement transformed into an extension of Soldier Field during Bears games!

One final memory that stands out: When my then-fiancée Maegan and I went to Chicago with my brother Jimmy and his wife Roberta, we stayed with Paul and Maureen. They were so warm and welcoming-helping us feel completely loved during our visit.

They have always been everything an aunt and uncle should be, and I look forward to hugging them again in the eternal realms.

We love you Aunt Maureen, from all of the O´Loughlin´s!
