We are here today to remember and celebrate the life of Sister Sylvia Lopez. A life cut tragically short, but a life lived to the fullest.
Born on June 2, 1986, in Bakersfield, California to Camerino and Josephine Lopez. She is survived by 3 siblings, Terese Lopez, Alfredo Lopez and Elvia Lopez.
She married Isaac Pena Lopez, who she spent 19 years with, on April 18, 2005. During that time they conceived their son, Isaac Lopez, Jr., born September 2006. Sylvia was a loving mother, wife, sister, aunt, daughter and friend.
She was baptized March 3, 2024 by Pastor Jaime Madrigal and received the Holy Ghost in Wasco Apostolic Church.
As a hobby, she enjoyed her make-up, coloring her hair, going on vacation with her family and spending quality time with her loved ones. She also enjoyed waking her family up to her breakfast on Christmas morning and perfecting her Thanksgiving recipe.
