Symantha Diane Murphy, 60, of Plant City, Florida passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026. Born in Fort Walton, Florida on December 21, 1965 to Alex Wayne and Clara Jo Mansfield Swails. She loved cooking and baking, often finding joy in preparing meals and sweet treats for those around her. The kitchen was a place where she expressed her creativity and care for others. Above all, she cherished taking care of her son, always putting his needs first and making sure he felt loved and supported. Whether through a warm home cooked meal, a freshly baked dessert, or the comfort and guidance she provided every day, she showed her love in countless meaningful ways.

She is survived by her son: Daniel Murphy, Brothers: Alex James Swails and Steven Albritton; Cousins: Erin Swails and Etta Swails; Uncle: Butch Swails as well: Carl Albritton.

She is proceeded in death by her grandparents: James and Roxi Swails.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
