Ta Canupe Wakan Win was preceded in death by her mother, Charlotte Rae Chipps; sister, Emily Ann Chipps; maternal grandparents, Jaylene Quick Bear & Charles Chipps, Sr., Benjamin Godfrey Chipps, and Phillip Chipps, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Don James Doyle & Priscilla Ann Means; grandmother, Gloria White Feather; great grandparents, Victoria Lodge Skin-Chipps & Ellis Chipps, and Bertha Red Willow; nephews, Ryken Alan Doyle, Loyalty Ray Chipps & Akylen Water; nieces, Wanacha Hawni Rae, Johanna Waters, Ashton Doyle, Alysia Gencarelle, and Ay'vreigh Joy Chipps; cousin, Hunter Water; uncle, Alan Red Willow; and friends, Danielle Joy Randall and Roan Iron Horse.
Pallbearers will be Deanna Chipps, Crystal Chipps, Constance Chipps, Tyson Broken Leg, Trevor Chipps, Charles Chipps, Malek Doyle, and Tatanka Chipps.

Wake Services: Two night wake services starting at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 14, 2024 at the TNT Center in Wanblee, SD with evening services starting at 7:00 PM each night.
Funeral Services: 1:00 PM, Monday, December 16, 2024 at the TNT Center in Wanblee, SD
Traditional Lakota Services: Richard Moves Camp
Burial Services: Chipps Family Cemetery, Wanblee, SD
