Tabitha Hernandez Obituary
Tabitha was born in Columbus, Ohio on September 24, 1983 to the late Stephen Hall and Kathy (Ensley) Hall, who survives. She passed away at Riverside Methodist Hospital on October 13, 2022.
Tabitha was a devoted homemaker to her family and would help anyone who was in need. She loved her children and family deeply and will be missed by everyone that knew her.
In addition to her mother, survivors include her children, Sergio Hernandez-Silva, Angelica Hernandez-Charles, Daniala Hernandez-Charles and Alyssia Metz; significant other, Jason Metz; sister, Joe Anne (Jeremy) Puryear; nieces and nephews, Kassia LeCuyer, J.J. Slate, Tazra Slate and Isaiah Puryear; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Stephen Hall.
In Tabitha's generous nature, she gave the gift of life and hope by being an organ and tissue donor through Lifeline of Ohio.
