Talmadge Jefferson "Red" Hobbs, Sr., born on August 27, 1938, in Iuka, Mississippi, passed away peacefully at his residence on March 30, 2026. He was a devoted family man, an avid outdoorsman, and someone who lived a life filled with commitment and love for those around him.
Red was known for his strong work ethic, a quality that many admired in him. Throughout his life, he enjoyed spending time outdoors, turkey and deer hunting, fishing, and after his retirement, walking and visiting friends at Mineral Springs Park.
