Tammie Claycomb Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Farnelli Funeral Home - Williamstown on Dec. 6, 2025.
Tammie Lynn Claycomb, of Williamstown, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on December 1, 2025, at the age of 61. She was born on June 2, 1964, in Geneva, Alabama, and was a longtime resident of Mary Esther, Florida.

Tammie was the daughter of the late Lucille Batchlor (Sizemore) and Wayne Yeomans, and the beloved wife of the late Anthony Claycomb. A devoted mother, she is survived by her children John Kennedy (Ashley), Sandra Akers (Brad), David Claycomb (Cheyenne), Joe Claycomb (Samantha), and Amanda Mondragon, and is preceded in death by her son Michael Kennedy II. She was the cherished sister of Penny Drake (Dennis), James Yeomans, the late Louis Yeomans (Tracey), and Lucille Christine Yeomans.

Tammie was a proud grandmother to 18 grandchildren, all of whom were the greatest joy of her life. Nothing made her happier than being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. Her favorite place in the world was simply anywhere they were.

A loving homemaker, Tammie, found joy in caring for her family. She enjoyed watching NCIS, Charmed, and Criminal Minds, relaxing with computer puzzle games, and spending time swimming. She delighted in her favorite treats-eggrolls, caramel Frappuccino's, Dr Pepper, frozen margaritas, and pineapple pizza-small comforts that brought her happiness.

A memorial service will take place in her hometown of Mary Esther, Florida, in the summer of 2026, where family and friends will gather to honor her life, love, and memory.

Tammie's warmth, humor, and unwavering devotion and love to her family will be forever cherished by all who knew her.
