Tammy was born on October 10, 1961, in Portland, Michigan to Franklin Rysdam and Sharon Kay McClulland.
Tammy spent her formative years in Michigan before marrying her husband, Dorman Lee Dunn, Jr., in 1998. Their journey together brought them to Tulia, Texas in 1999, where they cultivated a beautiful life filled with love and cherished memories.

She enjoyed working at the Grain Elevator and cherished the simple pleasures of life—riding four-wheelers, taking hayrides, adult coloring, and crocheting blankets. Her greatest pride and joy were her children and grandchildren, whom she loved deeply and cared for passionately.

She is survived by her children, Amber Lowe and fiancé Michael Castillo, Andrea Bond and Josh Lowe and wife Tracy; her daughter-in-law, Caitlyn Lowe; her sisters, Michelle Rysdam and Marcy Sweet; her grandchildren, Alexis Ortega and husband Isiah, Abryanna Lowe, Lynnleigh Lowe, Karsyn Lowe, Madison Lowe, Stryker Lowe, Wesley, Jason, Joshua and Lincoln; her great-grandchildren; Kristopher Ortega, Zi ‘Leah Ortega, Zaylee Ortega, Zariah Ortega, Gracie, William, Collin and Codey.
