Tammy Hawkins Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Greenlawn Funeral Home East on Mar. 31, 2026.
Tammy Lynn Hawkins was born on June 2, 1962, in Springfield, Missouri, to Lloyd Henry "JR" Hawkins and Sheryl Hawkins. On March 29, 2026, she was called home to be with the Lord, passing peacefully into Heaven while surrounded by the love of her two children, Ryan Lynch and Lacy Lynch Parker.

Tammy spent most of her life in Springfield, Missouri, and at Table Rock Lake, where she cherished time with family and friends on the yellow dock. In recent years, she made her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, living with her son Ryan and his family.

Tammy will be remembered for her deep love for others, her servant's heart, her incredible cooking, and her lifelong calling to care for those around her. She carried a light that reflected her faith-one that showed up in her kindness, her generosity, and the way she made everyone feel seen and loved. She found joy in life's smallest moments and celebrated the people she loved with her whole heart. No accomplishment too big or too small.

She had a special love for gardening and caring for plants, filling both her yard and home with beauty and life. Just as she tended to what she planted, she nurtured the people in her life with patience, warmth, and grace. Her love was steady and selfless, a reflection of the faith that guided her.

Tammy is survived by her children, Ryan Lynch (wife, Christy Lynch) and Lacy Lynch Parker (husband, Bart Parker); her siblings, Tracy Barnas (husband, Pete Barnas), Keith Morris (fiancé, Paula Adams), Steve Sanderson (wife, Christie Sanderson), Gary Sanderson (wife, Tracie Sanderson), Debbie Sanderson (fiancé, Scott Morris); her grandchildren, Dawsen Willibey, Taylor Willibey (Hektor Enriquez), Adelle Parker, Mason Parker, Legend Lynch, Jackson Lynch, and Theodore Parker; and one great-grandchild, Emery Enriquez. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and others whom she loved and cared for as her own throughout the years.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Tiffany Hawkins; her parents, Lloyd Henry "JR" Hawkins, Beverly Hawkins, and Sheryl Morris; and her grandparents, Mary and Buck Hawkins, along with many other aunts, uncles, and loved ones.

Though her life on earth was cut short, we find comfort in knowing she is at peace in the presence of the Lord. The love she gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her, until we are together again.

"Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord." – Matthew 25:23
