Tammy Gabriel Lieberman

Tammy Ann Gabriel Lieberman, beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on December 13, 2025, at the age of 51. Born on October 19, 1974, in Elizabeth, New Jersey, Tammy grew up in Roselle Park, New Jersey, attending elementary and middle school there before moving to Laurel Hill, Florida, where she completed her education.

Tammy was a dynamic businesswoman and a natural when it came to sales. As a real estate agent, she had an unmatched ability to connect with people and help them find the perfect place to call home. Her confidence, determination, and charm made her a force in the business world—she could sell anything to anyone, always with integrity and a smile.

Tammy was a woman of remarkable wit, a sharp mind, and a generous spirit. She was never afraid to stand up for what she believed in, and her witty tongue was matched only by her kindness and willingness to help those in need. She created a safe online space for men and women struggling with various cancer diagnoses, offering words of encouragement, support, advice, and a shoulder to lean on when the world felt scary and uncertain. She was extremely proud of the difference she was making in the lives of her fellow survivors and made it her mission to support others facing the same challenges she did..

Above all, Tammy was a devoted mother to her two sons, Tyler Eric Lieberman and Eric Guy Lieberman. Her greatest joy in life was raising her boys and ensuring they had every opportunity for happiness and success. Her love for them was boundless, and she lived every day with their well-being at the center of her heart.

Tammy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Eric Lieberman; her father, John Gabriel; and her brother, Charles Gabriel. She is survived by her sons, Tyler and Eric; her mother, Donna Gabriel; her sisters, Natalie Lentini and Angel Gabriel Harris; her brothers, John Gabriel, Ozzie ulmo, and Joseph Gabriel; and many other family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Tammy’s legacy of love, strength, and generosity will live on in all who knew her. She touched countless lives with her humor, compassion, and unwavering support. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
