Tammy Renee Rogers, 43, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Born on December 15, 1981, in Potosi, Missouri, she was the cherished daughter of the late Earnest Rowden and Mary Alice (Bushnell) Rowden. Tammy's warmth and love touched the lives of all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, John Rogers, and her two children, Hailey Rogers (Danny) and Lakota Rogers (Denise); two grandchildren: Ryker and Grantly; her three sisters: Tracy DeClue (husband, David), Kimberly Rogers, and Dana Wood (husband, Gary). She also leaves behind cherished nieces, nephews, and numerous dear family members who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

Tammy was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Earnest and Mary Rowden, as well as her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bob and Patty Rogers, her brother-in-law Marty Rogers, and her niece, Julianna DeClue.

Tammy was a loving and devoted grandma whose greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren, Ryker and Grantly. Whether sharing a laugh, or simply enjoying their company, those moments were her happiest. She loved being outdoors. Fishing and camping around Hazel Creek and Palmer were among her favorite pastimes. Tammy also had a tender heart for animals of every kind.

Those who knew her will remember her fondness for eating ice, a small but endearing habit that brought a smile to many. Over the years, she became a familiar and friendly face to countless people through her work at Sonic, where her warmth and kindness made a lasting impression.

The community is invited to celebrate Tammy’s life at visitation services on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service starting at 2:00 PM. Both events will take place at DeClue Family Funeral Home, located at 301 E High Street, Potosi, MO 63664. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to DeClue Funeral Home. Interment and final prayers will be held at Redbud Memorial Gardens.

Funeral arrangements were respectfully entrusted the care and direction of DeClue Funeral Home.
