Tammy was born on September 22, 1970 and passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018. Tammy was a resident of Niantic, Illinois at the time of passing. Tammy was a 1989 graduate of Belmont High School in Dayton, OH. Memorials services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 9, 2018 at Star of Hope Mausoleum at Graceland Cemetery, Decatur, IL. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Friday February 9, 2018, at Star of Hope Mausoleum at Graceland Cemetery. Condolences may be left to her family at www.gracelandfairlawn.com FEB 9. 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Star of Hope Mausoleum / Graceland Cemetery 2091 N. Oakland Ave. Decatur, IL, US, 62526 Memorial Visitation begins.
