Mrs. Tammy Harwell Smith, 55, of Lenoir passed away Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Caldwell Memorial Hospital.
Tammy was born January 17, 1966 in Gaston County to the late Billy and Susie Harwell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Harwell, and sister, Debrah Rae.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Smith of Lenoir; daughters, Angel Elaine Smith and husband Steven Smith of Lenoir and Tiffany Marie Smith of Lenoir ; grandchildren, Alexis Nicole Helms, Destiny Nicole Smith, Isabella Marie Ellison, and Daphanie Grace Smith; and sister, Nancy Winecoff and husband Jerry of Salisbury, NC; mother-in-law, Evelyn Smith of Charlotte; sister-in-law, Lisa Smith of Charlotte.
A funeral service will be held 2:00PM Monday, November 8, 2021 in the Chapel of Mackie Funeral Service.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00PM on Monday at Mackie Funeral Service.
Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Park.
