Tammy is survived by her fiancé Charles Finfrock; sister Janet McCabe; her daughter Tiffany Storey; her Sons Richard Levi and David Storey, and her Granddaughter Nicolette Holman.
Her smile and spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.
