Visitation will begin Monday, November 10, 2025 at 6pm at River of Life Freewill Baptist Church, Teaberry, Kentucky and will continue all day Tuesday, November 11, 2025
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 12 noon at the church with Doug Tackett officiating
Burial will follow at Tackett & Hall Cemetery Family Cemetery, Craynor, Kentucky
