Obituary for Taylor Wayne Arms
February 17, 1949 - October 29, 2025
Taylor Wayne Arms, 76, of Milton, Florida, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on October 29, 2025. He was born in Muldraugh, Kentucky, and had made Florida his home since 1973. Taylor was a devoted employee of Walmart, where he proudly served for 29 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Arms; his mother, Mrs. Elanor Gracy; and his brothers, Charles Wesley Arms, Jerry Arms, and Roger Dale Arms.
Taylor is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Angela "Angie" Arms; his brother, Paul Richard Arms; and his stepchildren, Theresa (Dean) Fretwell, Susan (Carl) Howell, Richard (Brenda) Enfinger, and Tammy Enfinger. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and one great-great- grandson. Taylor also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and many cherished friends, including his special friend, Bro. Glyn Lowery, Jr.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Lewis Funeral Home Milton Chapel, 6405 Highway 90 W, Milton, Florida 32570, with visitation from 12:00 - 1:00 pm and service at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Serenity Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Richard Howell, Jacob Howell, Michael Enfinger, Dalton Fretwell, Ryan Fretwell, Jeremy Fretwell, Jake Ragland, and Justin Parker.
Honorary pallbearers include Stephen Lowery, Steve McCall, Gary Davis, Tony Sanders, Greg Broxson, Todd Peck, David Simmons, William Wendt, and Danny Watson.
The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. John Schaub and the staff at Woodlands for their compassionate care over the past three years, as well as to the Vitas staff for their devoted hospice support.
Taylor will be lovingly remembered for his kind heart, steadfast faith, and the love he shared with all who knew him.
