Taylor Joseph Watson, 32, of Kenyon, passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023 in Kenyon.
He was born in Wabash, Indiana to Joseph Watson and Barbara Weaver. Taylor grew up in North Manchester, Indiana before moving to North Dakota for a short time and then to Minnesota. Taylor graduated from Faribault High School in 2010 before working various jobs and more recently working at Kielmeyer Construction. Taylor met Carmen and the couple was married on February 3, 2018 at the Nerstrand United Methodist Church.
Taylor will be remembered as a very loving and dedicated father who his children were his world. He was very hard working and always having his hands dirty and tinkering with any engine that he could work on. He loved to bring his family to car shows showing them each car, working on home projects, and just being a goofy, caring, and supportive husband, father and friend. He took great pride in attending his children's sporting events and even coaching soccer.
He is survived by his wife Carmen Watson of Kenyon; children, Kaleb Trump, Leland and Ashlynn Watson; sister Hillary (Zac) Strom of Janesville; niece and nephews Dallas, Jakob, Dalton, Evelynne and Zedikyah: sister Jenn (Tony) Sears of Janesville; grandparents, Leland and Jacquelyn Weaver of Waynesburg, PA and Judith and Bill Spalding of Mooresville, IN.
He was preceded in death by his mom Barbara Stafford, and grandpa Kenneth Clark.
There will be a time of visitation at Michaelson Funeral Home in Kenyon on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 10AM-12PM. Interment will be in the Nerstrand Cemetery.
