Teddy Middleton Obituary
Teddy Lou Middleton, 85, of Twelve Mile, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Franciscan Health Lafayette East.
Born on June 27, 1938, in Crummies, Kentucky, she is the daughter of the late Ben C. and Bobbie (Swanson) Noe. On March 12, 1954, in Jonesville, Virginia, she married Dickie Middleton Sr. who preceded in death on March 5, 2019.
Teddy enjoyed bowling, and canning produce out of the garden. She liked playing cards and spending time doing crossword puzzles. Teddy dedicated a lot of her time caring for her son Bobby, and also helping with Special Olympics of Cass County. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Surviving Teddy are four sons, Dick (Rita) Middleton of Bucyrus, OH; Mose (Debb) Middleton of Lucerne; Jerry (Geraldine) Middleton of Denver, IN; Bobby G. Middleton of Twelve Mile; daughter, Mona (Harold) Lambert of Nevada, OH; brother, Tom (Eva Mae) Noe of Clarks Hill, IN; six grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Teddy was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Bill Noe; a sister, Betty Jo Farmer; and a great granddaughter, Eliza Grace Lambert.
A celebration of life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Gundrum Funeral Home with Pastor Dean Snyder officiating. Burial will be in the Metea Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Friday, August 11, 2023, in the Gundrum Funeral Home.
