Mrs. Teresa Lynn "Teri" Burdick

Teri's passing is a great loss for her family and her many friends. I did not know her well, only through Julia and Byron and their children's functions - although everything I did know about her was always in glowing terms. I am Julia Peterson Burdick's grandmother from Gretna NE. I had every intention of attending her services but due to health issues and the distance involved was unable to do so. I do know that Julia loved her dearly and am sure it was reciprocated.

Terry, Loralea, Byron & all of your families, I just wanted to share what a wonderful "home going tribute" service it was today for Teri, it was such a tribute to the person she was to SO many people. What a blessing she was. Our prayers continue to surround you. Your lives have been changed forever, but remember she's watching over you now from above, still beaming from ear to ear being very proud of her family carrying on as she would want you to. She was an angel here on earth, and now she's your heavenly angel sending love/encouragement from above. Hold on to your many special memories you've made, they will help carry you through the days ahead. You all have been so blessed to have such a special lady in your lives. May you sense God's love surrounding you, and the love of friends/family being near. God Bless you all!!

So very sorry for your loss. Teri was a beautiful person that had a way of just filling the room. She always had a smile on her face. She grabbed everything out of life that she could, a great capacity to love everyone, especially her family. She will be missed

I am so sorry to hear of Teri's passing. As a young teacher new to Ainsworth, your family was especially kind and supportive. Teri and Loralea always looked out for me. I so appreciated the kindness they showed me during my time in Ainsworth. Terry, Loralea and Byron I am thinking of you during this difficult time and remembering the wonderful woman Terri was.

Teri was a joy...she did love life but most importantly she loved people. I've missed her smiling face the past couple of years as she battled this disease, it was fun to go into Stechs and catch up on family and friends. We went to high school together, raised kids together, were in the same extension club...Sharing Time and Talent....Teri will be missed, for her smile, her laugh and her tenderness. Bless you all
