Teresa Couture
Teresa Couture Obituary
Born on April 10, 1959 in Memphis, Tennessee, Teresa dedicated her life to nurturing others-as an elementary school teacher, daycare provider, mother, and grandmother.
Her warmth and compassion touched countless lives over the years. She was a devoted and much beloved Nana to her granddaughters Calise and Kate, with whom she shared endless hours of laughter and love.
Teresa's heart belonged to her husband of 42 years, Blake Couture. Their enduring bond was a testament to deep love and unwavering partnership. Together they raised two daughters: Meaghan Jensen and the late Gwendolyn Couture. Teresa's legacy continues through Meaghan and her cherished granddaughters.
She also leaves behind her brothers John Holmes, Michael Holmes, Joseph Holmes, and David Holmes; her sister Elizabeth; numerous nieces and nephews; extended family and in-law members.
Teresa found joy in simple pleasures: reading novels that transported her imagination, studying spirituality and science, writing from the heart-including a book about her own psychic experiences as a medium- "Conversations with the Dead. An endeavor that reflected her gift, curiosity and courage.
