Teresa Mattox Obituary
TERESA GREGG MATTOX, 66, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2024 at her daughter’s home, surrounded by her family.
A native of Augusta, GA, Teresa was a daughter of Joseph Gregg and Marlene Chance Johnson. She was known for her vibrant personality and love for connecting with others. Teresa had a passion for gardening and a deep affection for animals.
Teresa retired as a Rad Con Inspector at the Savannah River Site. In her leisure time, she enjoyed spending time on the lake and was an active member of the Augusta Boating Club,
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Nikki and Johnathan Morgan of Aiken; four grandchildren, Ashlee Fields, Jessica Fields, Victoria Morgan and Wallace Morgan.
A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, December 7th at 4 o'clock at Mercy Church in Aiken with Pastors Kenny Murphy and Chris Dickert officiating.
