Teresa Ann Peak, 56, born on April 3,1969, in Union County, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at her residence on February 24, 2026, following a period of declining health. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, whose vibrant spirit and infectious personality will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.

Before becoming disabled, Teresa pursued a successful career in management within retail sales. Those who had the privilege of working alongside her recall her unwavering dedication and strong-willed nature, which inspired both colleagues and customers alike. Teresa had a remarkable ability to light up any room she entered, fueled by her passion for life and the abundant love she so freely gave to others.

Teresa found joy in many interests, including a deep love for animals, an admiration for the Lion King, and a fondness for the Pillsbury Doughboy. She was an enthusiastic supporter of NASCAR, particularly a fan of Jimmy Johnson, and took immense pride in cheering for Clemson University football. Additionally, she enjoyed watching "Longhorn Lester" videos on Facebook and was a steadfast advocate for breast cancer awareness, embracing the color pink as a reflection of her courageous spirit.

Family was the cornerstone of Teresa's life, and her pride in her loved ones was immeasurable. She leaves behind her husband, Eddie Peak, and her son, Jonathan Clark, dedicating her life to nurturing and supporting them. Her sister, Lynn Glist, along with brother-in-law reverend Ray Glist, also held a special place in her heart. She also leaves a niece April Lee, a nephew, Nicholas Glist and wife Amanda Glist, great-nieces, Oaklynn Rose Glist and Sawyer Rae Glist, and great-nephews, Tylor Lakeman, Gavin Lee, and Colton Painter. Teresa loved her family more than anything and found strength in her faith and love for the Lord.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Puckett, and her mother, Hazel Crocker Puckett, both of whom she held dear throughout her life.

Teresa's legacy will continue through her loving family and friends, who will remember her for her kindness, tenacity, and the countless moments of joy she brought into their lives. She leaves behind a profound emptiness that will be felt deeply as they navigate the world without her radiant presence.

A celebration of life in the remembrance of Teresa will be held on March 14th from 2pm-3pm with a service following at 3 pm. This will be held at Peace Free Will Baptist Church in Spartanburg S.C. Officiating the service will be Reverend Ray Glist and Reverend Chuck Thorn. The address is 1195 Old Converse Road Spartanburg S.C. 29307.
