Teresa Smith Obituary
Teresa was a humble and loving person despite her illness she lived and loved her children and grandchildren.
On January 28, 2026, God saw that Teresa's earthly work was done and called her home to rest among the most beautiful flowers in heaven.
Teresa is reunited in death by both her parents Leo Smith and Naomi Tippett-Washington, and her sister Doris-Diane Tyler.
She leaves behind her children Naomi Smith and Caitlin Cook. Her grandchildren Aydan Smith, Naveah Smith and Londyn Smith. Her siblings: Roscoe Nixon (Debra) Bailey, Tommie (Pamela) Washington, Calvin Washington, David Washington, Brenda Steele Eggerson, and Leo Smith. Her brother-in-law Edward Johnson all will continue to live in her religious nickname, Doubting Thomas, and let their moments of cry, joy, pain and happiness be in the midst of their remembrance.
